This easy, cheesy one pan mince pasta goes to be your new go-to quick weeknight meal. half-hour from start to end and everything (including the pasta) is cooked in one pan!

I have to inform you, i'm seriously considering not ever posting another dinner recipe on this blog ever again. We are so outright hooked in to this cheesy one pan mince pasta that i'm struggling to think how i'm getting to top this.

Not only is it the last word food situation, it also wins ALL the prizes for being speedy, cost efficient, easy to cook and ONE PAN!! we've been eating this a minimum of once every week for the last few months and it’s need to the purpose where I don’t even erase it from the blackboard meal planner because it's well and truly earned a permanent spot there.

This recipe was originally getting to be a mince pasta bake – it’s such a classic family meal. on the other hand I remembered that I hate doing dishes and knew that there had to be how to avoid the frypan + pasta pot + baked on cheese within the oven dish situation. Lightbulb. Throw the uncooked pasta into the mince once you add the sauce ingredients, cover and let it do it’s thing.

It’s a miracle. The pasta cooks PERFECTLY within the sauce. i'm never cooking pasta during a pot ever again.

The key's adding extra liquid to the sauce. A tin of tomatoes + a cup and a half beef broth is that the perfect amount – enough to cook the pasta and make an excellent delicious sauce. This is what I really love about cooking pasta - no risk of drying out.

And if you think that that you’ll miss the melty cheesy goodness that comes with pasta bake, fear not. Once the pasta has cooked, throw liberal handfuls of your favourite cheese on top and canopy it for an additional few minutes. The melty cheese that ensues will convert you if nothing else does.

Even better, if you've got a forged iron pan, throw it under the grill for a few of minutes instead to urge the cheese golden.

Instructions :

1. you'll need an outsized frypan with a lid for this recipe. If you do not have a pan with a lid, you'll use tinfoil to hide it instead.

2. Heat the oil during a large frypan over a medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for two minutes until fragrant. Add the meat mince/ground beef and brown (about 5 minutes)

3. Add tomatoes, ingredient , beef broth , mixed herbs & Worcester sauce and stir to mix .

4. Reduce heat to medium/low, add the pasta and stir to mix . Cover and permit to cook for quarter-hour , stirring once during cooking.

5. After quarter-hour , remove the lid and make sure the pasta is cooked. If it needs, cook for an additional few minutes.

6. Sprinkle the cheese on top and canopy again for an extra 2 minutes until the cheese has melted. If you've got used an oven proof (e.g. cast iron) pan you'll put it under the grill to melt the cheese if you'd prefer.
